Conditions of your stay in the flat

Flat stays are from Sunday to Sunday and always include our breakfast. Check-in is from 3 p.m., and check-out no later than 10 a.m. Confirmation of the booking is by deposit (equal to 30% of the total amount) by bank transfer within 3 days from the date of making the booking and BALANCE check-in.

The change of all linen is provided for stays of one week and is carried out halfway through the stay. Cleaning of the entire flat is expected at the end of the stay. If you would like an extra change of bathroom or bed linen set, this will be provided on request at a cost of €10 (price per set per person). There is a city tax of € 2.00 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (excluding children under 14 years).
