RULES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
  • Weekly stays from Sunday to Sunday are preferred for Apartments
  • Check-in Apartments from h15, Check-in Hotel from h14. Check-out no later than h10
  • Confirmation of booking by deposit equal to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer within 3 days from the date of booking
  • Payment at check-in

THE PRICE INCLUDES
  • Breakfast for both rooms and flats
  • Use of the flat, equipped with kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and complete with cooking utensils (pots, dishes, glasses and crockery), LCD TV
  • Coffee machine with welcome set of coffee pods
  • Air conditioning and safe
  • Bed linen set and towels
  • Change of all linen for stays of one week, halfway through your stay
  • Baby Kit (cot complete with linen, high chair, baby bath tub, bed rail) to be requested at the time of booking
  • Wi-Fi throughout the property
  • Final cleaning flats, no daily cleaning

THE PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE
  • Extra change of bathroom linen set. A complete set will be provided on request 10€ (price per person)
  • Extra change of bed linen set. On request a complete set will be provided 10€ (price per person)
  • Tourist tax: € 2.00 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt

FLAT CLEANING
  • The customer is obliged to return the kitchenette clean and empty the refrigerator of all food, wash the dishes and pots and pans and remove the rubbish from the dustbins.

PETS
  • They are admitted subject to authorisation by the management and subject to the availability of the accommodation provided with a cleaning supplement. They must be up to date with vaccinations, be used to living in a flat and respect a few basic rules for living together. Max. 10 kg.
  • Pet cleaning supplement 25€

LOST KEY
  • If the flat key is lost, an amount of € 20.00 will be charged.

IN-STRUCTURE PARKING
  • 10 places are available by reservation while stocks last, at a cost of €12 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
  • From 60 to 31 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained and made available for a stay within the same season. From the 30th day before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellations or changes made from the 30th day before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
  • No Show: In case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
  • Delayed Arrivals and Early Departures: no refund is due to the guest who decides to postpone his or her arrival or interrupt the stay already started.

TOURIST TAX EXEMPTION
  • persons resident in the Municipality of Riccione;
  • children up to the age of 14;
  • persons assisting patients admitted to health facilities located within the Municipal territory, at the rate of one accompanying person per patient;
  • personnel belonging to the State and local Police, to other armed forces, and to the National Fire Brigade who are staying for service requirements;
  • coach drivers and tour leaders who provide assistance to organised groups. The exemption applies for every coach driver and every tour leader for every 25 participants;
  • employees of the accommodation provider working there;
  • severely disabled persons, certified in accordance with the law, and an accompanying person;
  • groups of pensioners organised by public bodies (so-called social tourism) aged no less than 65 years, staying in 1, 2 and 3-star hotels;
  • employees and commercial agents staying for work reasons, with a contract, from the 8th day of their stay, even if not consecutive;
  • students doing internships or work experience.

The application of the exemption is subject to the submission by the interested party, to the manager of the accommodation facility, of a declaration in lieu of affidavit, made in accordance with Presidential Decree no. 445/2000 and subsequent amendments.
